What sets The Cell apart from other training systems is the quality of the staff and knowledge base they bring along. Cell trainers inject variety into each workout; the atmosphere and interactions are pleasant; there is consistent focus on improving and building upon prior levels of achievement through thoughtful record keeping. The Cell system delivers results, pushes you in a reasonable but steady way, and makes the experience far more positive than traditional gyms I’ve frequented. My daily life outside the gym has been healthier; I’m fitter for my tennis game and more energetic for all interactions. My time at The Cell has led to healthier eating. My specific goal was weight loss, which was quickly exceeded – I lost over 65 pounds and am down to sub-10% body fat. My strength has concurrently increased, and my cardio endurance has progressed nicely, while my cholesterol has dropped significantly.
