    One main feature I enjoy is working out with different trainers. However, each trainer has a common theme: hard, rigorous workouts for a solid hour. The Cell keeps very good records on progress and each trainer is genuinely interested in improving my mental and physical health. I had 3 major surgeries between April-December 2009. I was out of the gym for over 12 months. As of today, I never felt stronger. All the hobbies and sports I do including swimming, golf and biking around the park are easier and I have a lot more stamina. My wife actually said I look good!!! My advice is: figure out a way to build the cell into your life and you will see results if you stay with it.

    What sets The Cell apart from other training systems is the quality of the staff and knowledge base they bring along. Cell trainers inject variety into each workout; the atmosphere and interactions are pleasant; there is consistent focus on improving and building upon prior levels of achievement through thoughtful record keeping. The Cell system delivers results, pushes you in a reasonable but steady way, and makes the experience far more positive than traditional gyms I’ve frequented. My daily life outside the gym has been healthier; I’m fitter for my tennis game and more energetic for all interactions. My time at The Cell has led to healthier eating. My specific goal was weight loss, which was quickly exceeded – I lost over 65 pounds and am down to sub-10% body fat. My strength has concurrently increased, and my cardio endurance has progressed nicely, while my cholesterol has dropped significantly. Training at The Cell has raised my expectation of what can be achieved working with a personal trainer, and it has made me appreciate the importance of varying workouts and strength training across the whole body, and various energy systems.
